Your fragrance journey doesn't have to end with the trial. When you purchase the Mansuga 3ml Trial Set for ₹280, you receive the full ₹280 back as a redemption benefit towards your favourite 50ml Mansuga fragrance.

How Your Redemption Benefit Works

  • 100% Value Back: The full ₹280 paid for your Trial Set is credited as a redemption benefit to your registered customer account after successful delivery of your Trial Set.
  • Where You Can Redeem: Use your ₹280 benefit towards the purchase of any eligible 50ml Mansuga fragrance on the official Mansuga website.
  • Validity: Your redemption benefit is valid for 6 months from the date of successful delivery of your Trial Set.
  • Easy Redemption: Your benefit can be applied automatically when you shop using your registered customer account, or through a unique redemption code shared with you by email.
  • One-Time Use: The redemption benefit can be used once, in a single eligible purchase.

Redemption Conditions

  • The ₹280 redemption benefit is applicable only to 50ml fragrances purchased at their regular selling price.
  • The benefit cannot be combined with any ongoing promotional offer, sale, coupon code, automatic discount or other promotional pricing.
  • If a 50ml fragrance is already available at a discounted selling price, the ₹280 redemption benefit will not apply to that purchase.
  • The redemption benefit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer, or redeemed against shipping charges or other products.
  • The redemption benefit is valid only on purchases made through the official Mansuga website.
  • The benefit is linked to the customer account used to purchase the Trial Set and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Only one Trial Set redemption benefit is permitted per customer.

Usage & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • The redemption benefit is issued only after successful delivery of the Trial Set.
  • Cancelled, undelivered or fully refunded Trial Set orders are not eligible.
  • The benefit is limited to one redemption per eligible customer.

2. Expiry

  • The redemption benefit expires automatically after 6 months from successful delivery.
  • Expired or unused benefits cannot be reinstated or exchanged for cash.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • If a full-size fragrance purchased using the redemption benefit is returned and a refund is approved, the refund will be processed according to Mansuga's Returns & Refund Policy.
  • The ₹280 redemption benefit is not refundable as cash.
  • If the original Trial Set purchase is refunded, any associated unused redemption benefit will be cancelled.

4. Fair Use

  • Mansuga reserves the right to withhold or cancel a redemption benefit in cases of suspected misuse, duplicate claims, fraudulent transactions or breach of these terms.
